Pakistan Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hcm77" or "we" or "us" or "the Platform" refers to the hcm77 online gaming platform accessible at hcm77.net and through the hcm77 Android application.
• "Player", "you", or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses any service offered on hcm77.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access hcm77's services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all hcm77 accounts are denominated and transacted.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback, or reload bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds become withdrawable as real PKR.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before the processing of withdrawals or upon reasonable request by hcm77.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction of Account access for a defined period requested by a Player under hcm77's Responsible Gaming programme.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and any other features offered through hcm77.

By accessing hcm77.net, downloading or using the hcm77 Android application, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with hcm77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using hcm77's Services and close your Account. Your continued use of hcm77 following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

hcm77 provides its Services exclusively for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in all hcm77 games and betting markets at your own risk and that hcm77 bears no responsibility for any financial losses you incur through use of the platform.

Access to and use of hcm77 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or above at the time of registration and at all times during Account use.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with hcm77 or any related gaming platform.
• You are accessing hcm77's Services for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an hcm77 Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your own name and for your own benefit — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other person.

hcm77 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for Account suspension and withdrawal restriction.

To access hcm77's paid Services, you must register a free Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistan mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active hcm77 Account. Registering or using multiple Accounts — by any means, including different email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprints — is a material breach of these Terms. All associated Accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses forfeited without notice or appeal.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You must choose a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• hcm77 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify hcm77 immediately at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your hcm77 Account. hcm77 treats any action taken using your username and password as an action taken by you, regardless of whether it was actually performed by you or by a third party with access to your credentials.

hcm77 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of current Pakistan residential address issued within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account registered in your name).

Withdrawals above 50,000 PKR per transaction and any withdrawals requested before prior KYC verification is completed will be placed on hold pending document review. hcm77 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all requested documents.

All hcm77 Account deposits and withdrawals are denominated and processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). hcm77 accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20 (converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit).

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: 1,000 PKR.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your hcm77 Account balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• hcm77 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees — check with your provider before depositing.
• hcm77 reserves the right to decline deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.

Pakistan players may request withdrawal of real-money PKR balances (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum single withdrawal: 1,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the hcm77 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• hcm77 targets processing of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 5–15 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day where possible.
• Standard Account withdrawals above 50,000 PKR require KYC verification before processing.
• VIP tier members (Gold and Diamond) receive expedited withdrawal processing under a same-hour priority queue.
• hcm77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or Account policy breach.

hcm77 offers various promotional bonuses to Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, weekly reload offers, cashback programmes, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless more specific terms are published alongside a particular promotion:

• All bonus offers are available exclusively to players aged 18 and above with a verified hcm77 Account.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which are specified at the point of offer in a minimum multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30× wagering requirement on a 5,000 PKR bonus requires 150,000 PKR in qualifying wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable).
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified for each offer. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without replacement.
• hcm77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that the offer was claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• hcm77 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

All games and betting markets on hcm77 operate under the following general rules:

• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical results of cards, wheels, or dealer actions in real-time studio environments.
• All game rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and betting limits are published within each game's help/rules section.
• In the event of a malfunction, technical fault, or disconnection that prevents a game or bet from completing correctly, all bets placed during the affected round shall be void and staked amounts returned to the Player's PKR balance. hcm77's determination of a malfunction and its effects is final.
• For sports betting and PSL markets: bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. hcm77 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a palpable error in odds is evident.
• hcm77 will not accept bets from Players who have material knowledge that would provide an unfair advantage (e.g., advance knowledge of match results or manipulation).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hcm77 and constitute material breaches of these Terms, resulting in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal proceedings:

• Registering or operating more than one hcm77 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate identity or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Participating in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to exploit hcm77's game systems or promotions.
• Systematically abusing bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising variance.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate hcm77 deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or otherwise use hcm77 for any illegal financial purpose.
• Accessing or attempting to access other Players' Accounts without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of hcm77's platform or negatively affects other Players' experience.

hcm77 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Pakistan players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every Account holder at no cost, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further wagers can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum gaming session duration. A warning notification is sent when your session approaches the limit.
• Reality Checks: Receive pop-up reminders at regular intervals showing your current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict Account access for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently). Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

hcm77 takes all self-exclusion requests seriously. Once self-exclusion is activated, any remaining Account balance is refundable by withdrawal request — contact support to initiate this process if the Account's withdrawal function has been restricted as part of the exclusion.

All content on hcm77 — including but not limited to the hcm77 name and logo, website design, interface layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hcm77 and its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use hcm77's Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any hcm77 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of hcm77's software or game systems.
• Use the hcm77 name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

hcm77 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hcm77 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

hcm77 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gameplay, sports betting, or any other wagering activity on the platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunction, or service interruptions beyond hcm77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security (e.g., sharing login credentials).
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of hcm77's Services.

Either party may close a Player Account at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting hcm77 support. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method after applicable KYC requirements are met.
• hcm77-initiated closure: hcm77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, failure to pass KYC verification, suspected money laundering, or in response to a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

In cases of Account closure due to breach of Terms, all PKR balances — including deposits made in the same session as the breach — may be forfeited at hcm77's discretion. hcm77 will communicate the reason for closure to the affected Player by email where legally permissible.

hcm77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email and/or via a prominent notice on hcm77.net at least seven (7) days before the new Terms take effect.

Your continued use of hcm77's Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. For Pakistan players, all references to legal rights and obligations are to be interpreted in the context of the Player's use of the platform as an entertainment service.

In the event of a dispute between you and hcm77, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. hcm77 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy. hcm77's determination of disputed game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus eligibility is final subject to the complaint process described above.
